Msgr. Tim was the reason why the Sodality of Blessed Carlo Acutis (SBCA) was formed on 08 August 2019 in Mataas na Kahoy, Batangas and was founded on 12 October 2020 in Baclayon, Bohol. He was the forerunner of the Sodality. He was also one of the Society of Dynamic Cordillerans (SDC) Board of Trustees for 2010-2013 and the President of the same for 2013-2016 and 2016-2019 and was the Chairman of Board of Trustees of the Asia Pacific Cultural Heritage Development (APCHD) Inc. for 2019 until his death in 2020. Society of Dynamic Cordillerans was the former name of Asia Pacific Cultural Heritage Development (APCHD) Inc.

Msgr. Boni was the reason why SBCA-CFE or Catholic Faith Evangelizers (CFE) was formed to spread the Gospel in the main islands of the Philippines. He touched the life of the youth in the remote areas and other countries around the world to get closer to Christ.

Rev. Fr. "Duds" was the SBCA Moderator, Collaborator and Technical Consultant for the Asia Pacific Cultural Heritage Development (APCHD) Inc., the sibling organization of the Sodality of Blessed Carlo Acutis for the indigenous cultural communities and marginalized farmers of the Philippines through The APCHD-Agricultural Skills National Training Center The Fr. David B. Ganggangan Jr. Hall to be located at Purok 2, Sitio Gisgis, Barangay Galalan, Pangil, Laguna, The Philippines. His last post was the Rector and Parish Priest of St. Dominic Savio in Pag-asa St., Mandaluyong City.

Father of SBCA

Fr Luciano is an Argentinian missionary born in Mar del Plata, Argentina on May 28, 1973. Fr. Felloni is very much a Filipino and speaks fluent Filipino. He has served and influenced hundreds of thousands of Filipinos in the country in his social media, diocesan ministry and parish work.. His "Almusalita" (Sharing at  Breakfast the Word of God/Gospel) and helped the rehabilitation of Filipino drug addicts, His last post was the parish priest of  Mother of Divine Providence in the Diocese of Novaliches.  He gave a great impact to the Catholic Media Convention to delegates to use the social media as avenue to proclaim the Word of God and to expound “faith news” not “fake news”. He guided Sir Knight Salamat to invite the youth as cyber missionaries of faith.

He is the co-founder of SBCA  along with Msgr. Tim Ofracio, SJ who influence him to be a social media strategist and  to evangelize and propagate the devotion to the Most  Holy Eucharist. and venerate Bl. Carlo Acutis. He is a member of  the National Catholic Media Convention, PHL. He is Igorot and Ivatan from the Diocese of Alaminos and a community support worker of Katolikong Katutubong Filipino. He is a Catholic Faith Defender, a fourth Degree Knights of Columbus Council 14835 and a member of the Vincentian Popular Mission-Bicol Cluster and of Apostleship of Prayer, Adamson University in the Archdiocese of Manila. His last post was the position in  Asia Pacific Cultural Heritage Development (APCHD) -Philippine Farers' Society as National Director.. The first Servant General of SBCA
